Grievance Mechanism

Any person or organisation may submit comments or complaints in person, by phone, by post or email by using Grievance Mechanism Form (however the use of this form is not obligatory).

Individuals who submit a grievance have the right to request that their name is kept confidential. Grievances may also be submitted anonymously, however this could limit our options for responding to the grievance.

All grievances will be responded to either verbally or in writing, in accordance with the preferred method of communication specified by the complainant.

A formal response to the grievances raised will be provided within 20 working days.

The submission of grievances does not prevent anyone from exercising their legal rights and / or seeking remedies in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
