We proudly marked the World Day of Safety and Health at Work at the project Cibuk 2 on April 28, 2025. This important occasion served as a reminder that safety is not just a regulation. It is a core value that defines how we work and how we care for each other.
The event brought together team members and OSH associates to share experiences and discuss how our OSH culture has evolved. After a short educational session on the importance of a proactive safety culture where participants openly shared their stories from the field, including challenges and lessons learned, Ivana Gažo, ESG Manager gave an opening speech, underlining the ethical dimension of safety: “Safety is everyone’s responsibility, whether you work in an office, in a turbine or on a construction site. Health and safety is not just something that is prescribed by law. It is the moral obligation of both the individual and the company to make sure that every employee goes home safe, every day.”
Finally, a ceremony was held where awards were presented to individuals who showed exceptional commitment in promoting the safety culture at Cibuk 2 project.
